Raise Your Glass
28 modern stained glass patterns for the beginner to the experienced crafter from the author of Kicking Glass
In her latest book, Neile Cooper shares her creative passion with a new selection of inspiring patterns, projects, and tutorials. Raise Your Glass teaches a variety of techniques to help you expand your craft and decorate your world.
Whether you're creating your first suncatcher or are an experienced crafter thirsty for new possibilities, you'll find a fun project here. Create a lucky charm for yourself, or a deskset to gift a recent graduate. Craft a pendant light to hang in your breakfast nook, or a wall mirror to brighten a drab corner. Each project is thoughtfully designed, not only to teach you the process of making stained glass, but also to connect you to the power of making something beautiful and useful.
Clear, supportive step-by-step instructions and illustrations accompany each project. Several beginner projects walk you through the entire process, while others introduce and highlight more advanced techniques and applications that you may not have tried before. Each project contains room to add your own touch, and encourages you to play, experiment, and put yourself into the process.
